Lewis Clark is Haywood EMC's newest Board Director, filling the vacant seat in District 4. Lewis is a Haywood County native, where he and his wife and two daughters live on their farm in the Iron Duff community. 

After graduating from Tuscola High School in 1988, Lewis went on to Wingate University, where he earned his degree in business administration. Today, he is a co-owner of Clark & Leatherwood, Inc., where he has served as Vice President and Senior Project Manager for over 30 years. 

Lewis has actively served his community as President of the United. Way of Haywood County, Chairman of Haywood Vocational Opportunities and President of the Waynesville Sunrise Rotary. He is a dedicated member of First United Methodist Church in Waynesville. In his free time, Lewis enjoys raising cattle, fishing, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.

As a board member of Haywood EMC, Lewis understands the importance of building relationships by listening and advocating for the cooperative's members. Lewis is committed to using his experience and knowledge to represent the members of Haywood EMC and make a meaningful contribution to the community.
