*UPDATE: As of 4:15pm all repairs were complete and the outage has been restored.

Beginning at approximately 4pm on Friday, Feb. 3rd, Haywood EMC will have a planned power outage in the Crabtree and Iron Duff communities of Haywood County for maintenance that will last approximately 30 minutes.

This brief outage will ensure the safety of our line-workers as they make a repair along the circuit serving the areas listed below.

The areas to be affected are: McCracken Mobile Home Park, Hyder Mountain, Big Branch, Iron Tree Drive, Sylvan Acres, Crawford Road, Joe Davis Road, Golf Course Road, Kinsland Drive, Ridgedale Road, Crabtree Baptist Church, Upper Crabtree, Reeves Cove, Short Branch Road, Saddlebrook Lane, Lost Cove, Sutton Branch, Bald Creek, Hidden Valley, Qual Cove, Crabtree Mountain Rd, Liner Creek, Glades Road, Rock House Cove, and Wonderwood Lane.
